Second visit to the resort, felt just as magic as the first! Reception check in was quick and friendly, the staff are very well trained in customer service without being too over the top. The rooms are decorated in traditional classic style with heavy curtains and rich colours, similar to The Drake in Chicago...so the American visitor will love it.... More

We enjoyed a Spring Retreat, can recommend it. Everyone is friendly, helpful and the Hotel is fantastic. We had a lough view room, spacious, comfortable and luxurious. Great destination for a get away break, could not fault it, rooms are luxurious, the staff are friendly and helpful, the food is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. If you are not a golfer there is always the Thai Spa which is out of this world. Will definitely be back - great to find a well run place. More
