The Sandcombe sits within a parade of B&B's that have a brilliant location with sea to the front and harbour views to the rear. It is actually incredibly difficult to find any fault with this B&B - the hot water takes a while to come to temperature? But a totally minor thing compared to the overwhelmingly positive things: nice clean bedrooms and bathrooms, a location which means views over the harbour and the seafront (how many hotels can boast double whammy views?), great hosts... At short notice , we were welcomed warmly with a lovely room overlooking the whole seafront,Enjoying a lovely evening out, The hosts went above and beyond the expectations. The most welcoming B and B we have ever stayed in,nothing was too much trouble. Room comfy and overlooked the harbour. Good varied breakfast . Free parking permit a bonus! Definitely will return ! Excelellent service and value for money in the perfect location .
