This is a lovely clean guest house. Very helpful friendly staff. Good location with easy walking distance to bowness town centre and to the Windermere lake. Lovely breakfast. Would definatley visit again.

Clean and nicely decorated. Great breakfast & comfy beds! We were very pleasantly surprised, stayed in a triple room with our ten year old daughter which was more than adequate. We saw other rooms and they were also very nice. Location was good, a 10 minute walk into Bowness on Windermere. Would stay there again.
