My wife and I stayed just the one night here before moving on to tour the lakes. In hindsight, we wished stayed here for the three nights. Lovely warm welcome, great breakfast in basement conservatory. Douglas and Ivy are lovely hosts and this hotel is a credit to them.

Myself and hubby have just got back from 2 nights at New Hall Bank and we couldn't fault any part of it. Great breakfast and very clean. Too many notices. Service with a smile. Great location, Hole in Wall Pub ten yards away and shops, pubs restaurants also very close. The on suite in our room 1 was too small for even the smallest of people. I could not bend down and retrieve the soap.

Stayed here for husbands birthday for 3 nights over Easter. Stayed here to celebrate our anniversary weekend and it was lovely from start to finish. The venue is in a great spot, close to the Hole In The Wall pub and a range of excellent restaurants.
