The hotel is looking a little worst for wear, need a total update. The bar meals need to change these meals are the same for the last 3 years and maybe longer. The staff are very friendly just a pitty the hotel was not upto thier standards

Everything was spot on ..... Apart from the Spa facilities; the only thing working was the steam room. If the jaquzz, sauna and shows in men's changing room worked it would have been 5 stars all the way

Bedroom good but the rest was mediocre. Not up to 4 star standard or the money. Wouldn't stay again

Stayed at the Sefton for a friends wedding recently. Stunning hotel. The staff were very helpful. The wedding went like clockwork. The rooms were fabulous, a little warm but after a few glasses of champagne, i didnt mind. Very clean also. The bar and restaurant were both great. Highly recommend
