At the time of our holiday the hotel was under refurbishment but it did not affect our stay. However, we were put in a pokey room tucked away (218) and found light bulbs out and the toilet seat loose in the bathroom. To be fair this hotel is undergoing some refurbishment but this doesn't affect your stay. You can start to see the improvements will work out upon completion and give a much cleaner modern look to the hotel.
