We stayed here for one night during our last minute Ilfracombe getaway. The hotel itself is completely immaculate and the owners could not have done more to make us feel welcome. We stayed in Beech Cottage, one of two self-catering chalets in the hotel grounds. The chalet was very spacious, clean and well equipped. Stayed for one night. Very friendly owners, clean room, great breakfast in a wonderful setting. But the outstanding feature is the private walkway down to the city center, absolutely fantastic.
