Nicky and Rob provide a first class guest house with attention to detail and a hospitable nature. The property is tastefully presented and a very good choice of breakfasts. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 days stay and we have no doubt that when we return to Ilfracombe, we will stay with them again.

Stayed here for three nights in April and had a lovely time. The rooms are lovely and all very spacious and spotless, the owners were extremely friendly and the breakfasts were great. Really good value for money!

A lovely few days away at Epchris. A family run hotel, but nothing is too much trouble. Immaculate rooms, lovely breakfast and friendly owners. What more could you ask for? Would definitely recommend to people and we are already looking to visit again! Thanks for a lovely stay.
