Undergoing major refurbishment.Builders working. Filthy dirty. Large patches of mould on bathroom window, unable to open any windows as no sashcords.Would not sit on chairs in room,very worn & dirty.Heating & hot water very hit & miss. Leisure facilities out of action.Darn in sheet. Nightclubs open until early hours. Should be closed down. Awful reputation in Southport.
