Leigh and Cleo will make you most welcome from arrival to departure they provide 1st class hospitality. The bedrooms are spotlessly clean with every little extra you could possibly need. Many other reviews have listed them. The breakfasts are superb, the service is outstanding. The best recommendation is that we would definitely come again if coming anywhere near to Southport.

This guest house is excellent. Leigh and Cleo could not do enough to make our stay very pleasant. The room and ensuite were both first class, with lovely bathrobes and slippers.I would definitely reccommend this guesthouse in Southport. Ann and Pete.

Lovely friendly guesthouse - The Owners Leigh and Cleo were more than hospitable. The rooms were warm and welcoming with a lovely heartly breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend this cosy little guesthouse to anyone.

What a warm friendly welcome ... If your looking for a great stopover with a warm welcome, a comfortable well prepared room, and easy access to the town and station but with a sea location look no further !! I forgot to mention breakfast !! As Carlsberg might say... Probably the best .....
