I have stayed at the bay trees a few times now and every time is better than the last. I normally come with my family and every request is catered for. Plus the breakfast certainly sorted me out after a night out on Lord Street.

Great to have off road parking , warm welcome on arrival , shown to our room which was clean and comfortable only downside was no blind on the bathroom window, breakfasts were great and sevred with a smile , nice to be close to Southports amenitys. I would return and recomend the Baytrees Hotel.

Clean, good value, nice owners, good position, good breakfast choice, pleasant atmosphere - would use again. Very handy for the town centre and Lord Street (5 minutes), near to good restaurants and the best pub in Southport. Seafront is around 15 minutes walk.

If you are thinking of staying here, you have no worries, lovely house friendly people, the next time I come to Southport this is where I'm staying, I have fallen in love with Southport, and Baytrees is a home from home, spotlessly clean, 2 minutes walk from the town centre, 15 minutes from the beach.
