Great hotel. Staff was great and ac was good. Internet was 3 pounds a day, BUY the Internet at the front desk, I did it through a third party and was over charged 4x. Take the 140 train in any direction to get to tube stations.

A group of friends stayed here recently as we were visiting Twickenham stadium. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff who could not do enough for us and made our short stay stress free and very enjoyable. The rooms were lovely and clean and the breakfast was amazing! Finally found someone at Heathrow who knew where this was, when I booked it I was under impression it was near Airport, £30 in a Taxi from Airport is not close for me. Clean & ideal adter long journey from Venice.
