The Reception was one of the best I have come across ! Polite and willing to help out without ever showing that they are tired or bored... The same goes for room service and technical dept. Not the most renovated guest room I've stayed in but the staff in general make up for this.

Stayed in May 2012 in double room (5622) - the room was shabby with stains all over lamp shades, chipped furniture, stained carpets and moud in the bathroom. It was clean and the breakfast was fine but wouldn't stay again. Expensive for the standard of room received.
