The hotel is very clean and quiet even though a little away from restaurants..what let's the hotel down is the expensive room service which serves cheap badly cooked food...avoid the food and the hotel is good

The rooms were nice and clean. Swift and pleasant check in. Although it was half the price of Sofitel, for the location reasons I would choose Sofitel next time for business trip.

If you come here expecting the world, you may be disappointing. This hotel is just a stay the night until you leave at the airport. There is free transportation. The restaurant at the hotel was nice. Rooms were nice. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The Arora is a good hotel for an overnight stay in the heathrow area. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good beds.
