This was a quick overnight stop for us and was adequate for our needs. The room was a little small and the place felt overcrowded at breakfast. The location was very good to be able to walk around the place.

This B&B is an easy walk from the train station. At the top of the street there are 70 steps raising you to the next level in a relatively short walk to Stirling Castle. The owner, Ena, was very helpful with things to see and directions. The rooms were suitably comfortable, clean and functional. The hotel is a 20 minute walk from the train station. Stirling Castle is a 20 minute walk. Taxi fare to Wallace Monument is reasonable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.
