This was our 8th visit to our favorite B&B. As always it was outstanding. Comfort, lovely hosts, great location.

If you are looking for the perfect secret location to relax, spend time with a loved one, in a picturesque location where the locals are beyond helpful, chose Sevenford House!!! The family are friendly and helpful, the house is a dynamic and well furnished home, undisturbed by modern hands and in keeping with the period it was built. The breakfasts... More

I cannot imagine place to be more typical english and it very important for us, foreign tourists. Located in heart of national park, close to many places of interest - this is very significant in choice of place to stay. Staff are very friendly, feelin like home, "home away from home". Breakfasts are perfect and good choice available. Quiet environment,... More

Stayed here over the may Bank holiday & had a truly amazing experience , a true home away from . Having been to MANY five star hotels , I was pleasantly surprised by this B&B and can say it's the first time I've ever experienced such genuine hospitality :) Our rooms were large and comfortable & the downstairs living room... The website and pictures on Tripadvisor don't really do justice to either the B&B or the setting. Rooms are large and well lit with views of the countryside; the house is immaculate with a great sitting room (well appointed rather than cluttered with knick knacks). The setting...? Well, it will be difficult to match this at any other B&B or... More

If all bed and breakfasts were like this, we would never stay in a hotel again. A beautiful, large house set just above stunning Rosedale Abbey, Sevenford House is run by Linda and Ian, charming and professional hosts. As a family of four, we had booked the family room but on arrival, were offered a second room at no extra... More

Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms, superb location. I would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Sevenford House to anyone. One of the best B&B's I've stayed in.

This review is a few months late. We promised to write a glowing report, but then just completely forgot all about it. This then is a belated homage to a beautifully situated and professionally run establishment. Like another reviewer said in another appraisal of Sevenford, you don't want to sing it's praises too much in case you can't get in... More

We spent one night here while walking the Coast to Coast. The owner very kindly picked us up from Blakey Ridge and took us back there to complete the walk the following day. Superbly comfortable accommodation. Very homely and welcoming. The type of place I would have liked to linger in. Would definitely stay there again. Evie and Val
