My partner and I had 2 nights here and couldn't have had a better visit. Tea and cake on arrival and complementary sherry were extra touches that made a real difference. “Brilliant stay”

We spent 2 nights at Eden House in January. It was the best B&B on our 6 week trip. The host, Emma, is brilliant - warm, welcoming, a great cook, very knowledgable about the area and local restaurants. Our kids were made to feel very much at home and enjoyed themselves immensely. Such a lovely place great hospitality, lovely room, very clean, great breakfast and warm and comfy. Location is great as 2 mins from town centre. Great value. Room overlooking garden was perfect. Shower was a little strange with no shower head bracket solved by having horizontal shower .. It won't prevent me from returning soon. Top B and B indeed

I cannot recommend this place more. We were greeted by Emma with tea and homemade banana cake after a long walk in Dalby Forrest. All the rooms were spacious, light and well decorated. Just brilliant. Lovely people and a lovely place to stay. The room was clean and tidy whilst breakfast was excellent. Pickering is a great place to spend a few evenings too with a great selection of restaurants and bars.
