We took a few days off to celebrate a significant wedding anniversary and went for B&B, which after years of self catering with children and business travel we weren't familiar with. A lovely surprise awaited with a large beautifully furnished room, en suite, with uninterupted views of the beach and eustary from our own balcony and picture window. Wow! Perfect... More

On holiday from Australia, and staying mostly at B&B's, Penny and Robin are the perfect hosts, and have the best B&B in the world, I kid you not! Fabulous views, lovely garden, yummy food, four poster bed, two lovely dogs, ...if a quiet, relaxing break is your scene, then Tydden Bach is THE place. You won't be disappointed. One of... More

Just returned from a Weekend at Tyddyn Bach, this was our 3rd visit as usual we were greeted by Penny and Robin who always make you feel very welcome. We stayed in the Balcony Room which has amazing views over the Bay, the room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. For value for money I do not think you can... More

Forget the seafront hotels and guest houses. Just a few minutes away is a peaceful little haven which we never knew existed despite having visited Aberdovey many times before. Penny and Robin made us feel so welcome and were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and well equiped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the... More

We found this little gem on the net, but you always wonder if the place is as good as it looks. We need not have worried. The view from the balcony room is to die for, the whole place is spotlessly clean, breakfast served in your room with another superb view is amazing, and ask yourself when you go,'where DO... More

Forget the view, forget the breakfast (magnificent as they were). I want to talk about our hosts, Penny and Robin; I hadn't met either proir to my short break. Penny and Robin have the ability to make their guests feel special, resulting in an abundance of wellbeing. Their attention to detail is meticulous and their willingness to be helpful second... More
