We stayed 2 night. Our room was clean, lovely decorated and quiet. We had planned to stay at Shelleven, but found this B&B while we were going to Shelleven. The manager was very nice. Breakfast was excellent - she even made us porridge (after 7 days of Ulster breakfast). And it was only a few blocks to the train station!!... More

My friend and I just stayed at the Ennislare. It was very nice and very clean. The host was warm and welcoming. There was the regular menu for breakfast, but she made us great oatmeal porridge as a special request. Very convienient, only 2 blocks from the train station in to Belfast.

Myself, my wife and children stayed one night at Easter at Ennislare house. We were late booking so were very luck to get such a great place with only 2 minutes walk to the marina and pickie park. The guesthouse is perfect, we were made very welcome upon arrival. The girls couldn't have been nicer and breakfast was superb and... More

I stayed here on 2/3/2013. Jenny the manageress met me on arrival and when realised I was struggling with the stairs, she immediately changed my room to one on a lower floor without my asking. The room and en-suite was immaculately clean with tasteful and modern decoration. I didn’t have breakfast but from the 5/5 cleanliness rating from the NITB... More

We stayed here as a family just before Christmas. Booked a double room for ourselves and a twin room for our teenagers. Our room was very clean and spacious with a really comfortable bed. Only criticsm was that the room had a lingering smell of stale smoke so someone had obviously been smoking in it despite the fact it had... More

Nice location and you can walk to town in minutes. Jenny and Ann were great hosts and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent with great coffee. Parking was tight but we managed. Bangor is a lovely city with great restaurants and lots of shopping. I highly recommend Ennislare Guest House.

Very nice rooms and Jenny the manager was so nice and helpful. Great location to walk downtown. Breakfasts were very good and the owner was helping prepare the food and serve it as well. You could sit outside on the lovely large porch and view downtown.

Tucked away in a quiet, residential part of town, but still within easy walking distance of seafront pubs, restaurants and retail streets, this is a little gem. It's small; there appeared to be only two or three rooms on each of three floors. We were at the front of the building, on the top floor from which you CAN see... More
