A good welcome and efficient friendly staff from this family run business. Parking outside was just about adequate but there is room in the quiet road adjacent. We spent about £60 for starters and main courses but didn't want to stay for desert after some incredibly bad service and revolting food. The Weary was the ideal stop over for us on a trip through Cumbria/Lake District. The room/bathroom were of a good standard, service was personal and friendly (we were given some useful tips on travel and the local area) and the evening meal was well prepared and good value.
