The Ritz it is not, but for the money and the nature of the visit, this did the job. Had parking spaces, and was very close to all the amenities, so location was great. Spacious double room with good size ensuite and generous tea/coffee facilities. Lovely breakfasts, dining room a little small so you do have to listen to everyone... More

Stayed for two nights. Excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly. Room very clean, although en-suite was a little cramped. Tea/coffee facilities very good, even had choice of hot chocolate and soup. Location on busy road, adequate parking, close to all amenities. Would definitely stay there again.

Although the bed linen was clean, the first thing I noticed about our room was dubious looking stains on the headboards, the room was very dusty and unclean and the carpet obviously hadn't been hoovered.
