I have stayed in this hotel for many years. It is a brillian hotel owners make you feel welcome and it's not too far away but just far enough not to hear rowdy crowds late at note. It's good value and would recommend to anyone

The Richmond Hotel is on the seafront in Weston-super-Mare. It has brilliant views of the sea and the Grand Pier from the bedrooms. It's close to the town centre and a lovely place for a holiday. We came for a hen do, the staff were very accomadating and friendly. lovely bedrooms very comfy nights sleep and very gratefull for the lift to all floors as my feet were killing also the breakfat was srummy. definatly going back but with my family :)

Hotel location was situated very well to get to everything within walking distance. Parking is a nightmare, but there is a public car park just outside, but is very expensive. Free car parking can be found if you trawl the back streets. The free WiFi in the hotel !!! Forget it it !!!!

Booked hotel over phone,took our bank details over the phone ,only to get there to get our bank details keyed in again and told card was declined! so could not stay,so had to go home at 9pm at night ,cold and wet ,with a little puppy and i am disabled . Stayed at the Richmond prior to husband running the Tough Ten next day. Excellent location for families close to beach and fantastic park just across the road.
