Perhaps our expectations are unrealistic for London. Having used B & B all over the country, we did not consider this value for money. stayed for a suprise for my wifes birtday. Room was great and the staff where fantastic, they ordered us a cab at cheap rates. They also let us order drinks as we were returning back a later than we had planned. Would stay there again made our weekend.

Nice & large room. Staff is friendly, but you have to remember you're staying above a pub and 1. it can be loud on the weekends and 2. the smokers stand outside the pub, which is right below your window, and the smoke wafts up!
