Stayed towards end Jan 2013. Given room in basement. £165 per night. Freezing room and in bathroom , couldn't move radiator caps to raise heat as there were none to alter....removed by hotel ! Never again: room on the 1st floor next to the reception, elevators and hotel entrance (on the street!) I slept 4 hours thanks to the night man who spent most of his time on the phone (not discretely) past 1am, then guests came in around 2am and made a lot of noise (apparently the nightman was not really concerned) .... Very nice and clean, great location and quiet. Staff helpful and friendly and actually noted my special dietary need when booked on line and catered for this. Only missing a big fluffy towel (smaller ones provided) Would recommend. Will stay again.
