On our last night in London, we stayed here to go out with friends and get to Heathrow quickly in the morning. A really cozy room, lovely staff and great location. Breakfast service could have been better, think the boss was struggling with some new staff. Minicab to HW 20 quid and 10 mintues. Perfect!

We stayed here for our wedding night as it was close to the reception venue and we thought it would be nice to stay somewhere quite nice yet still fairly intimate. Poor service - indifferent and impersonal. Such a disappointment!

Stayed for two nights on 15th April for business. Bedroom was very spacious room 107. The air conditioning wasn't working and the room was slightly chilly but there was a little fan heater which took the chill off. The evening meal on the Sunday was ok and the breakfast very good. The staff were pleasant. Would probably stay here again... More

A nice old fashioned coaching house but under staffed for occasion. A combination of a rugby international at Twickenham on Saturday and Mothers Day lunches on Sunday seemed to have caught the management by surprise! Having paid 'rack rate' for the rugby weekend it was disappointing to observe the breakfast buffet removed immediately after 10am and the set up for... More

This hotel has some positive features - the room was a good size, good bedlinen and tea and coffee facilities. It's a hotels with a cosy bar (with food) below, The bar obviously has its regulars and it's very British in style with a real wood fire. On the night we stayed there was a 50th Birthday party in the... More

Stayed here for two nights (Jan. 27 and 28) in room 103. Hotel location is about 10 minutes from Kew Gardens Tube Station and Kew Gardens. Bus stop for 65 and 391 is around the corner. Limited underground guest parking is available. You can either take the elevator or stairs to the parking garage. Luckily it was not a busy... More

This is a friendly, comfortable hotel. The staff are always helpful and you always feel welcome and included while you are staying here. The hotel is situated over a pub and in winter the log fire in the pub was very welcome. The room I stayed in was large, clean and comfortablke and I had no problems during my week... More

I have stayed at this place 3 or 4 times over the past 2 years. My comments are based on all visits. The room size and standard vary GREATLY. Some rooms are very small and very poor value (they dont discount the small rooms so be careful). Other rooms are large and very good value for london. Make sure you... More

Coach & Horses, Kew Green, Richmond, Surrey. We have stayed here on many occasions over several years and felt it about time we did a review. As the name implies, this is an 18th Century coaching inn, extended much more recently at the rear. The location at Kew Green, just on the Surrey side of Kew Bridge, makes it highly... More
