It's your run of the mill hotel nothing special really stands out. Great location if you want to be near the airport. Overpriced given location and distance from cbd. The room was very clean and spacious and really comfortable.

I only stayed here because the hotels of my choice were full. But the Brentwood Hotel far exceeded my expectations. It is a good suburban location (near the airport, near shops, near the Acquatic centre, near the beaches, good public transport) and excellent price. I've stayed in Brentwood Hotel a couple of times before a connecting flight overseas: it has a comfortable feel, conveniently close to the airport: and the free shuttle service comes in handy especially late at night. Recommendable when in transit. :-)_

This is a hotel that is a tad tired. It is close to the airport and the hotel's shuttle service is very good.
