I recommend a stay at Earlsferry House to anyone who loves antiques and all things from a bygone era . The house was filled to the brim with them. There was quite a lot of amazing modern stuff to look at too as Martin the owner of the house is a very gifted sculptor and his work was scattered around... More

We were made to feel welcome our entire visit. Nothing was too hard and we really felt like we were staying with an old family friend. Conversation was easy and some fantastic touristy items were well received. Had a fantastic visit. The sculptures will blow your engineering minds. Staying in the Cottage our last night and felt so comfortable we... More

A well-tucked away and secluded cul de sac leads to the driveway and beautiful gardens. The house and rooms are presented beautifully and service is of a high standard. The only downside, which can not be changed, is relative proximity to a train line, although the noise is not intrusive.

We stayed one night at Earlsferry due to a wedding at nearby Caversham House. The River room was just gorgeous, we both loved all the collectibles and lovely furniture. It is a bit noisy being between the railway and a busy road plus the planes but it didn't really bother us too much and sitting on the patio eating breakfast... More

When we first arrived, my (english) husband commented that it was like going to steptoe and son's place, but the more you looked at all the antique collectables, the more mesmerising they became :) Earlsferry House is a historical heritage listed house which has been lovingly converted from a derelict building with a fascintaing past into gorgeous bed and breakfast.... Nice building, great owners and good breakfast. Rooms feel bit small but bed is very confortable. Good for one nighter, but unfortunately the busy road and neighbouring railway line wouldn't take us there again.

We had a one night stay last week at this gem. Heritage character and a fabulous collection of antiques along with charming hosts Jane and Martin (& Buster) made this stay worthy of a repeat. Jane's quilts and Martin's garden artwork was outstanding and his assistance in organising transport meant we did not leave empty handed :-). Highly recommended!! G... More

We stayed at Earlsferry B&B for 3 nights recently and enjoyed every part of it. It is a lovely historic building that has been lovingly restored. It isn't far out of Perth and the trains and buses are frequent. Breakfast was great and the only warning I would have is that you may need earplugs if you are a light... More

My husband myself and our two children have been here a couple of times now and always love coming back. Martin and Jane are so very welcoming to their lovely home which they have modified as a bed & breakfast. If you like antiques, rustic and comfort then this is it! Guildford is just 5 mins down the road. Walking... More
