Rooms are too hot! With the thermostat turned off for 4 days, my room was still too hot. Room service and bar close at midnight! I tried to get a sandwich at 11:50 and could not get anyone to pick up the phone. There are no close restaurants open at that time.

Great place to stay for a weekend break in Paris. Convenient location for Metro and Tram services into Paris centre. Very friendly, helpful staff, hotel very clean overall and room quality excellent. Great Wifi facilities. Restaurant very busy at breakfast time - get in early! Very helpful late 5pm checkout as part of Paris Marathon 2013 deal - highly recommended.

After a long slog on the Eurostar I was pleased to find the Novotel welcoming and friendly. Accepting that it is a chain hotel and hence has no real character, the room was clean and comfortable, in good decorative order and with enough space to spread out for a week of working away from home.
