I called at 1830 on a Friday evening on behalf of a colleague flying in from Africa at the time for a busy international conference, to make sure he had a place to stay on arrival on Saturday.
The staff claimed to have no access to the hotel register and told me to call 'back on Monday'

Practically located next to the train and bus station, only 9 min from the Central Station (Centralen - Stockholm City).
Friendly staff, limited opening hours of reception.

We stayed twice here in a budget room with no bathroom inside. Hotel is very simple but clean. Only 10 minutes to Stockolm by commuter train. Right in front of the train station.
It is ideal for travellers looking for a clean place to sleep.
