A little pricey at €90 per night, included a spartan breakfast, friendly owner, VERY clean and sweet smelling hotel. Comfortable beds, fresh linen. Best aspect is that it's right on the main 'promenading' street so you are put of the door and in the thick of it with good bars and restaurants

A very small B&B in a lovely old palazzo on the main drag of Agrigento (no lift,steep stairs,not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties).My room was tiny,but beautifully furnished with a small balcony,and a nice,midern bathroom.The wardrobe,however,was stuffed full with blankets etc.,leaving little room for my own belongings.Also,the in-room safe did not work.
