We loved the contemporary decor and personable staff. Unfortunately we speak almost no italian, but they always had someone at the deak who spoke fluent english. Great breakfast buffet. I have been staying at the Annunziata now for some considerable and since the hotel is now top class since its recent refurbishment. The hotel staff are a credit to the property and the breakfasts are outstanding. I would not dream of staying anywhere else whilst on business in Ferrara. More

Wonderful location in pedestrianised part of Ferrara just a few yards from the castle. Imaginative modern design, but supremely functional--everything worked, which it doesn't always in Italy, and the guest's needs had been anticipated (there were already extra pillows in the bedrooms).
