I was staying for three nights at Palazzo Belli and feel it was real value for money (booked through venere.com). The location is excellent unless you need your car parked next to your hotel because the historic centre of Lecce is off-limits for cars without a permit. Parking is available on the track along Viale dell' Universita at reasonable rates....
