Absolutely loved the Outlet Sweet Venice! Honestly as we got off the train I was like "where are we? we are supposed to be in Venice. where is the water?". But 5 minutes later when we were in the hotel, met Maurizio and then when we checked-in in the room everything changed. The BB is in Mestre. there are two... More

This was a really nice place to stay. Mestre is not at all far from Venice - it's 10-15 mins on a regular bus route. The owner is super helpful and can tell you all the good places to eat in Venice, and how to get to and from the city centre. His directions to the B&B from the airport... More

Wonderful and knowledgeable host, out of the Venice bustle, near to bus lines. Maurizio has perfect English, which was very helpful. We were travelling by car with two kids so this was the perfect base to explore Venice from. The "little" things like bus tickets and clear directions about where to go and where to eat were very much appreciated.

Stayed there for three the nights with my girlfriend and we had the time of our lives. Great location, excellent service, good price we could not have asked for a better place to stay in our getting to know Venice,,,,the owner and his wife were very very kind to us. We will go back some day.

I travelled with two friends and spent one night at the suite tripe room. The room was spacious yet cozy. It's quiet and clean. What impressed us most were the hosts: Maurizio and Giovanna. Maurizio was so nice to plan our two days in Venice, gave recommendations and he even dropped us off at the station when the station was... More

We travelled in Europe for 5 weeks staying in B&Bs for all but 5 nights. It became obvious to us that one of the quintessential positives for a B&B is the engagement of the hosts with their guests. Maurizio is a 5 star host and his travel agency background shines through in his detailed advice and recommendations on where to... More

We spent a night there with our 3 little kids (age 6,6, and 9) and it was just wonderful. Big beautiful and comfort family suite, insite parking for the car (8euro), close and easy access to Venice, and best if all: great manager that gave us all the info needed to make our two days in Venice (and was also... Arrived late for our stay at Outlet Sweet Venice due to rail difficulties. We will never complain about the British rail system again - the Italian service is fine when it works, but awful when it goes wrong. Our host at Outlet Sweet Venice called us during the journey to find out where we were and kindly agreed to wait... More

My wife and I visited the Venice area for six nights in late October, and we spent three of these nights at Outlet Sweet Venice ("the Outlet"). The Outlet was a great base for continuing our exporations of Venice and other parts of northeast Italy at a reasonable price. A detailed description of our experience at the Outlet follows. We... We were guided by Trip advisor in our choice: a truckload of "excellent" ratings carries a lot of weight and we were not dissapointed. We confirm what many have already said. Communication with Giovanna was clear and rapid, and Mauricio is a pleasure to deal with: He patiently outlined an itinerary for Venice that captured places we would not otherwise... More
