The service was very unfriendly. There web information was misleading. Advertised free transportation to the airport, however because it was a 6:30 am flight, would not provide the service and stated they only did this between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, however this is not stated anywhere on the site or the Venere.com site, which this hotel was booked through.... More

The stay in Verde Venezia was wonderful and a highlight of our entire trip. It felt like a stay in the country. Here are a few tips: 1. This is a nice place in the country about 5 Km fromVenice's Marco Polo airport. The rooms are generous and well equiped, even with a small fridge (not a mini-bar, nothing in it to buy at inflated prices). It is ideal for travelers with their own transportation. We made our booking for Verde Venezia through the RyanAir website link in June, 3 months in advance. Our Mastercard number was duly recorded in the print out confirmation we received after making the booking. First problem: we had been upgraded from 2 to 3 beds, and would be charged for each bed.
