Although we didn't stay at his hotel, Gio very kindly gave us a lift from Montepulciano rail station when he collected two guests staying with him...it was a real help as our taxi didn't turn up and bus service was very erratic. Thanks a million Gio. More

We liked this hotel very much. The owners are right there and couldn't have been nicer. They made sure that we were comfortable every day. Breakfast was extra, but was good. Great location in the historical center of Montepulciano, but the rooms are small and the furniture+decoration is very basic and modern, nothing takes you to the real time of the building. The breakfast is not included and cost 8€ per person (do not expect an hotel level one). I would recommend the place for the location but nothing more. More

I can't imagine a better place to stay in Montepulciano. We had such great views from our room we could have just stayed there and been happy. The owner and his staff were very friendly and accommodating as well. We will definitely be back! A little slice of paradise. More

Our room was of adequate size, clean and comfortable. What made this hotel (which only has six rooms) special is the rooftop terrace and the wonderfully comfortable shared living room. It is easy to find the hotel but somewhat difficult to find the parking lot! More
