All members of staff are super friendly. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is perfect and the dining area is comfortable. There is no better location when staying in Pordenone. This is where I always stay when I'm in Pordenone. I highly recommend it.

Lovely interior decor. Comfy, clean rooms. Beautiful bathrooms and fancy showers. Good continental breakfast. Good management. Parking a little tight, but that's Europe! Definitely a western-style, premier hotel in Italy, in a prime location--right next to the Pordenone train station. If you're a foreigner from a Western society and looking for usual 'comforts' - this hotel would be ideal.

I spent just one night in this hotel. Everything was perfect. The room was confortable, clean and big enaugh. The big shower is a plus. The breackfast was various and everything was tasty and fresh. Defintly I reccomand this hotel for your staying in Pordenone.

The staff spoke wonderful English, always helpful, always with a smile. The room is cozy yet modern, very clean wooen flooring. A tech wizard designed the lighting,air conditioning, windows and plugs; it took 2 full days to figure out everything but that's the challenge of any hotel room.
