Set in a gorgeous location about 1km from Porto Cervo itself. I would advise hiring a car for the week as although it is close to Porto Cervo there are no pavements for walking and you do take your life in your hands with the Italian drivers. We stayed at the Ginestre last year and enjoyed the experience so much we returned and it was even better. The staff are the most helpful hotel staff I have experienced. The dinning area has been refitted and the food this year was exceptional. Don't bother with Porto Cervo, visit smaller villages, San Pantallao is lovely. More
