When we arrived we found the hotel to be closed!! There was a sign on the door saying "Tuesdays are rest day". Ridiculous! They had prior knowledge of our booking as we had contacted them before to ask if they had rooms with a lake view. I rang them and could hear the telephone ringing inside with no one answering...
