Wonderful hotel, generous rooms, where you can get lost, beautiful surroundings and truly delicious cuisine. But. Receptionists are desperately unwilling, rude, unresponsive. Everything is a huge problem. Such conduct would expect in a youth hostel or a dirty pension somewhere outside town. Never more!
