It is very convenient if you travel with a family or a group. We stayed at the Medicis room and it was perfect. Comfortable rooms with a living room, kitchenette. The laundry facility at the hotel does help when you travel ! Very friendly staff.

Our November stay in the Richelieu Room was comfortable, warm and convenient for a couple. Nestled in the heart of the old town, this charming hotel had all the modern amenities we wanted plus a great location. They even had free laundry! The hotel is very well located. We went in the off peak season, other reviews spoke of noise from the street but this no concern to us. Very helpful concierge (David), who advise on restaurants. (The Quatre saisons around the corner is a standout). David also provides a series of day trip drives in the website which are very helpful.

Great clean rooms. Better used for a week than a night as you have microwave, cutlery and other cooking artifacts. Get the map sent to you, call them and they will pick up your luggage.
