The staff were brilliant and went out of their way to help when we could not find the plug for the bath. Sorted out a snack at an inconvenient time and made our dog very welcome. Ibis hotel in Pessac was a plesant surprise. Small but nice rooms, mine had a view over the highway and one of the best mussel restaurants in Bordeaux (Léon de Bruxelles).
