Considering the standard of Mercure Hotels, this one is quite all right. You get what you pay for. And its good for a night up to three. Surprisingly there is still warm cuisine at 8PM and you dont have to wait too long. Kind and welcome service at the Reception desk and the restaurant as well. More

Stayed in the renovated room, which was good except for air conditioning (which they gave me 15% discount for). Otherwise was clean and good size. More

I just returned from an 11 day, 5 city trip to Europe. This was the first stop on that trip. I had such an overwhelmingly positive stay at one of the hotels, I thought I should contribute my experiences on the other hotels as well. In preparing for this review, I had to go to the web page and look... More

I stayed for four nights at the end of January. The hotel is clean and of a reasonable standard. It will soon need some redecorating. The staff were all very helpful. It is 5 minutes walk from the Massy-Palaiseau Transport hub (big bus station, two RER lines (B&C) and the TGV station). Despite all that it is not noisy. It... More

Staff was very pro but for such a high price, - The low quality of the bed, - The difficulty to have a constant temperature in the shower - Phone in room was not working - AC/Heaters was not working correctly are way under expected standards. More

Stayed for two nights. Room was okay. Small but clean. The positive surprise was the restaurant. Food was much better that I would usually expect at a hotel restaurant. And the half-bottle red burgundy wine was very good value for the price. I can recommend this hotel More

The hotel is OK, but some areas are in desperate need for renovation. The corridors and rooms have wall-to-wall carpets that have seen better days, and are now starting to smell.... The reception and rooms could be much more exciting, but serves the purpose. The bathrooms and the restaurant is probably the best qualities of this hotel. As this is... More

Ok this a a classic chain hotel, not to expect too much from it... however ever with this the rooms are depressing : small, almost no decoration (which leaves you with "once white" walls) and small windows... not enticing at all. How ever the restaurant is surprisingly good for dinner or for breakfeast which save the day. location near the... More

The window in my room didn't close properly and could not be lucked. The window lucking mechanism was broken. The front desk said it can't be fixed and offered to change my room. This means the problem is just transfered to another hotel guest. The rooms should be secured with doors and windows that can be properly closed and lucked. More
