The residence is very well located, a mere 50 meters away from the beach and a short walk from downtown where restaurants and stores are. The price was also reasonable, but it's the first time in my life that I've seen nickel-and-diming of this extent. For example, if you want parking, towels, extra toilet paper or access to the TV...
