Arrived for one night only due to a short stay in the area,we found the hotel very clean, friendly & welcoming.Charming owners who have renovated & modernised the hotel in the last 18 months.Dined in the restaurant & had excellent food & service. Breakfast was continental fresh & ample,would definitely stay again,which could be soon.

recently stayed at the Bissonnier on my way to Spain, food was great and well priced, with a modern twist to the usually heavy food of this region. The rooms were clean and comfortable, great value for money. The staff were extremely friendly, helpfull and english speaking, highly recommended
