I booked 2 rooms for 17th July 2012 with Hotels.com back in January with a view to staying in Luchon the night before the Tour de France arrives so we could get a good place to watch the arrival. When I tried to call the hotel yesterday the line was dead. I called Hotels.com who assured me everything was okay...
