We stayed at The Mercure in Arras on the first night of our holiday whilst travelling to ski. The room was adequate, parking is undergound or behind the hotel for higher vehicles. The hotel is well located for the Christmas market or for just visiting the city. Staff at the hotel are friendly, efficient and accommodating. It is a great place to stay. Entrance to public underground parking is right in front of the hotel, and there is a lift to street level.
