We booked this hotel in November 2007 for a holiday in September 2008; our plans had to be re-arranged and we cancelled in early June. To date (December 2008) we have not been refunded our deposit, although we have directly contacted the hotel several times and also tried going through Active Hotels, who eventually washed their hands of the whole...
