Stayed one night on the way back to the UK. Beware of putting the address the hotel uses on its paperwork into your satnav as it will take you to one in the centre of Calais. The rooms are a good size as is the bathroom. The beds were excellent and had duvets. The bar was friendly and not too... More

I have long been a fan of this hotel and stayed many times. We tried to eat at lunchtime in the bar, after several calls, shouts no one was manning the bar area. I mentioned this to reception who just telephoned the bar, we could hear the telephone ringing! After waiting for a longtime we left and went for lunch... More

Dear Sir, Madame, Thank you to have taken the time to inform me of your recent disappointment at lunchtime last Friday. I assure you this is not a reflection of the high standards you should expect from the Holiday Inn Coquelles. We are constantly refurbishing when necessary in order to maintain the high standards and are very aware especially in... More

We tend to use this hotel as a base for an overnight shopping trip to France/Belgium, as it is a stone's throw from Cite Europe, and a relatively short drive to the ferry port at Dunkerque. The hotel is clean, spacious and well equiped. This last time, we checked in and went up to the room, only to find that... More

We stay at this hotel regularly, and are always well impressed with staff and the Hotel in general. Always greeted by smiling reception staff, we were automatically upgraded to executive and found some nice treats in the room for being a platinum card holder. The meal in the restaurant was excellent although I didnt order the correct meal for myself,... More

We stayed in this hotel for one night over the May Bank Holiday. It doesn’t excite or disappoint, it does what you expect. The rooms had good beds, beautiful clean white bedding, a choice of pillows and appeared to have been modernised recently. The bathroom tiles and vanitory units were dated but clean, the bath was one of the deepest... More

Just stayed here for one night on a business trip and all seemed good. Friendly and efficient check in, large bedroom with free wifi (little bit of smoke smell lingering from when this used to be a smoking hotel). rooms were very peaceful. Bar man was also friendly and efficient. Had a glass of Sauvignon blanc for 3 euros 70... More

We use this hotel as an overnight stopover when returning from Europe (& sometimes both ways). It is in a good location, quiet, handy for the tunnel and the staff, especially in the restaurant, are welcoming. We use Holiday Inn/Crowne Plaza on a regular basis here and overseas so have a priority card which sometimes gets us an upgrade if... More

We have just returned from 4 nights at the Holiday Inn. It was fabulous! The check in was polite, friendly and efficient and we were directed to the second floor for our room. I have requested 2 extra pillows and a quiet room - both of which we got on arrival! The room as big, modern, clean and very comfortable... More

We booked this hotel via booking.com as a one night base camp, having taken our American friends over to France for a day trip and a look at the sights of Boulogne, Dunkerque etc. The hotel was clean, tidy, airy and spacious which was all that we needed. We did not dine in the restaurant, but did use the 'Pub... More
