Booked with Nielsen, arrived at Grenoble airport and was meet by the rep, he was polite but that's where it ended, we then had a three hour coach journey with a stop off halfway to collect more passengers, there was no rep for half of that journey and so really had no idea when we would actually arrive, when we... Rooms small, beds smaller. They lock ski store room at 7pm even though there is late night skiing on some nights. Reception is closed so you can't get to your locker. The rooms weren't ready on time and dirty when we got in. Agree with comment above. I couldnt stand up in toilet room. The water tank was at shoulder... More

Arrived at Hotel at 13:00 to find reception closed! Open at 14:00 Receptionist told us only 1 room was ready as the other room was still not clean so 2nd room available at 18:00. Got in room and still not clean, also they are not suitable for anyone over 6 feet tall. (Could not stand in toilet as boiler overhead... More
