I have stayed here every season for the last 3 years. It seems this place is getting better and better by the season! Keeping in mind that each year is a whole new staff, this place has had consistently wonderful front desk people and the cleaning standards have been better and better each time there. If you pay full rate... More

We were falsey accused of damage to the room and have been in constant dispute with them since. They refused to show me the damage, refused to allow me to speak to a manager and charged me an astronomical repair charge. All evidence and documentation that I requested (and that a laywer at my law firm advised to obtain), they... More

Stayed here for the second week of spring break for 2012. Typical small town ski resort hotel that has seen its days. Towels, sheets and pillows are a little old and could use replacing. Not quite a ski-, ski-out hotel. More like ski-to-road-and-walk-across-road hotel. It's not the end of the world though. The start of the ski hill is literally... More

Stayed at the Inn from Feb 15-19/2012, room was big enough for 2 adults & 2 teens, 1 bedroom, main room had a queen & a Murphy bed, bar sized fridge & microwave, Hot tub holds about 12 adults comfortably, pool was warm I was told, never went in myself, our room overlooked part of the hill,We had about 60cm... Stayed over New Years and have to say first that we did have one of the largest, roomy units in the Hotel (rm 328). Room was very clean, bedding was fine, housekeeping staff were very friendly and accomodating ...we asked fore extra blankets and they were there immediately with big smiles. Staff in both the lounge and the restaurant were... More

We liked the location, staff were courteous but that's about it. For $250+ /night I was not impressed that our toilet was constantly running and our furnace kept going out which is the only heat in the suite aside from a baseboard heater in the bathroom. Our heat went out in the middle of the night and there were no... More

The room was tiny - it wasn't that comfortable but the view was lovely. I was on my own but with another it would have made for a fairly grim holiday if we were paying over $1,000 each to stay for a week. The benefits are that you are so close to the village, slopes etc. This is a place... More

if you are a budget traveller, then this place is ok. i compare it to an all-ages hostel. the location is quiet but not very ski friendly. we saw families with young kids struggling with all their gear. you have to cross a busy road to get to the village and lifts. the rooms are bland but clean. the beds... This is a very simple hotel but was sufficient for its price. The average room includes a queen size bed and dining area for four that can turn into a murphy bed. A kitchen sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, some dishes, and utensils are included. There is a pool and small hot tub. The hot tub gets crowded... More

The hotel staff were fantastic! Check in was no problem at all and they were able to handle all our questions about Big White Resort and had some great recommendations. The price we paid was a little expensive for what it was but overall it was on hill accommodation so you would expect that. The murphy bed wasn't as bad... More
